Green Lane Meadows Phase 3
Advancing Residential Site Development in a Sensitive Landscape
Brubacher is supporting continued progress at Green Lane Meadows, a multi-phase residential development in Fairview Township, York County, PA. As the sitework and excavating contractor for Phase 3, Brubacher is delivering comprehensive residential site development services to support 46 future home sites.
The project’s location has presented unique challenges from the outset. Steep terrain, sensitive slopes, and proximity to the Yellow Breeches Creek, a high-quality trout stream, have required careful planning and disciplined execution to protect surrounding natural resources while maintaining schedule and performance goals.
Brubacher’s scope for Phase 3 encompasses land clearing, earthwork and grading, basin construction, underground utility installation, , and paving preparation, along with managing significant rock conditions across the site. Drilling and blasting services provided by Trinity Drilling & Blasting have supported utility installation in rock-heavy areas. At the same time, on-site rock crushing has allowed excavated material to be repurposed in a cost effective way.
Utility coordination requirements and an unusually wet construction season in mid- to late 2025 added complexity to the work. Through proactive communication, weekly coordination with the developer, and forward-looking site planning, Brubacher teams adapted sequencing and maintained momentum wherever possible. This collaborative approach has helped mitigate impacts and keep work advancing safely and efficiently.
Green Lane Meadows reflects Brubacher’s ability to deliver reliable residential site development within environmentally sensitive conditions. Whether actively constructing or providing Insight. On Site. during planning, Brubacher’s role as a trusted site contractor remains focused on helping partners anticipate challenges and prepare the site for long-term success.
