Working at Brubacher for the past five years has been great. I’ve learned a lot from fellow team members, and what I’ve learned from our President of Brubacher is invaluable. What we do here is way more than just helping clients, we help families, friends, and loved ones across the area in many different ways. My decision to make Brubacher my new career home over five years ago was a decision I’ll never regret. – Dave M.
We celebrate Dave’s 5 years contributing to the health and wellness of our employees. We appreciate Dave’s tireless work and reminders of the importance of being our brother’s and sister’s keeper and that a Journey to Zero Injuries can be a reality. We are grateful for his helpful, friendly and positive approach to an important aspect of the success of our team. When Dave’s not busy, he might be found on his bass boat or relaxing in the mountains.

Caleb G. (left), Site Superintendent- 5 years
Caleb joined Brubacher in 2018 as a Laborer. Over time, Caleb has worked as a Site Assistant, operated dozers and miscellaneous equipment, and eventually was promoted to a Site Supervisor in 2021. Caleb continues to show growth at Brubacher. His leadership is vital to the successful coordination of work at Delaware National.

Christopher J. (left), Estimator-10 years
We are thankful to have Chris on our estimating team. He’s been instrumental in supporting our efforts in the pursuit of market diversity and has modeled flexibility and perseverance several times over the years, performing tasks well outside the normal responsibilities of an estimator. We’re thankful to have retained Chris through the Energy Services transition in 2022 and look forward to his ongoing contributions to the Brubacher organization. Thanks for 10 years, Chris!

Zach started with us in takeoff and after a couple years joined our survey team. Congratulations Zach! Congratulations to Wendy for celebrating 10 years at Brubacher in the Finance Department! Wendy has worked diligently through these past 10 years to ensure all employees are paid in a timely fashion and to maintain Brubacher’s compliance with payroll tax filings and payments. Wendy’s work facilitates in accurate recording of job costs and overhead costs in our financial statements, which are an important mechanism that internal and external users review to make decisions regarding the operations of the company. Wendy’s initiative to make payroll happen every week is appreciated by everyone in the company, and we look forward to many more years of Wendy’s contributions to our organization.

Sierra B. (left), Accounts Payable- 5 Years
I’ve heard about Brubacher Excavating for my whole life, as you can imagine, and it was a natural place to turn when I was looking for a job as a high school student. However, one reason I chose to stay at Brubacher this long is that the people I work with became like family. I am so thankful for the patient training I received, the various roles I was able to fill, and the flexible schedule that has supported my journey through college where I am earning degrees in Middle-Level Education and Biblical Studies. What a pleasure it is to have Sierra on the Accounts Payable Team. I can count on Sierra to do her best, without complaint, whatever task she is asked to do. She is always willing to lend a hand where needed. She does not hesitate to help others within the AP department or to reach out to other departments to provide assistance. Sierra is a dedicated, and talented individual in which I am grateful I had the opportunity to work with over the years. Congratulations Sierra on this important milestone.
