It is always an honor to have our good friend Tom Brady from Caterpillar join us for some Earthmoving training for our site crews. Taking time to focus on the foundation elements of efficient earth moving is critical to success. We're always striving for excellence and getting 1% better every day!

Steve L., our Utilities Superintendent, investing in the diversity of the organization. Steve L. and Dave S. spent time with Charlie D. and his pipe crew (John L., Lenny S., Carl C., Nick O., Travis Z., and Kylee S.) teaching them how to fuse HDPE pipe for an upcoming project.

Our Clearing crew is showing why they are highly desired in the industry! It is amazing what this group can accomplish and how great it is to watch them work together.

Not only is the quality installation of water main important, but just as important is the backfilling process to make certain we have proper compaction in the trench to ensure a proper road base for this community of families!
