For three decades, you’ve consistently modeled our core values — taking initiative, showing teamwork, and demonstrating a true “can-do” attitude. You’ve taken on countless projects, often outside your normal work area, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. I’ve had Ben with me around 3 years now. Over that time he has grown into a successful pipe layer. We as a crew get a large variety of jobs not just pipe work so his knowledge across the industry is growing well. I never have a problem with Ben not showing up or being late to work. Thanks for your hard work, dedication and initiative!

Thank you, Rich, for the commitment and steady impact you’ve brought to our team over the past two decades.

Congratulations to Lester M., Truck Driver who recently celebrated 45 years here at Brubacher!
Congratulations on 45 years of continuous service to Brubacher. Although interrupted for an over-the-road truck driving stint in the 1970’s, Lester has dedicated a TOTAL of 47 years to truck-driving excellence with the company!
Initially operating backhoe before finding his niche as a truck driver, Lester hauled equipment as a lowboy driver for most of his career. He’s been known to back a wide load down narrow streets on which some people struggle to drive a car forward! Today, Lester drives dump truck, often on utility projects, and seems to like the ones with 8:30 start times!
Thank you, Lester, for your loyalty, care for people, and trucks (from Brockways to Peterbilts) over the span of five decades!

Lester is a great employee, truck driver and is versatile for any task that has been asked of him. During my time as Dispatch, Lester has always been willing to do whatever is asked of him! I appreciate his willingness to always adapt and overcome the many obstacles that he has always faced. As a manager at 39 years old it can sometimes be difficult to manage someone that’s been working for the company longer than I am old, but Lester has never made it difficult and has respected me.
