While smaller in scale, this project centers around building a new 14-home community within an established neighborhood—a venture that has required precise site planning and providing a full range of site development services from excavation to stormwater management to asphalt paving. Our team’s ability to adapt to the project’s scope and customize work to meet our developer partner’s needs has been key to bringing this vision to life.
Since getting underway in fall of 2023, Brubacher has supported each stage of the St. Honoré project with everything from earthmoving to custom utility installations, which have included installing sanitary and stormwater lines along with specialized excavation for individual lot basements. Our skilled team also implemented an advanced rain tank system for sustainable stormwater management, embracing the complexities of its intricate assembly.
This project has presented unique challenges along the way, particularly as it involves integration with the surrounding neighborhood. The Brubacher team’s problem-solving capabilities came to the forefront when we encountered an unexpected connection between a neighboring home and the existing sanitary line.
