This project, located in Wayne, PA, was completed for PENCO Management, Inc. It highlights the advantages of our customized approach and years of experience brought to each project, no matter the size. The facilities manager of Glenhardie Condominium Associates, impressed by the speed at which Brubacher completed a culvert installation nearby, contacted us about replacing an existing, failing culvert on their property. Brubacher referred to a third party engineer, ARRO Consulting Engineers, for the design and permitting process, working with them to find the most efficient and cost effective way to get the job done. Brubacher continued to provide Insight. On Site. in every step of the job from the design-build assist in the planning process to surveying, culvert replacement, and pavement restoration. Despite the limited access and tight time frame due to the residents needing access to the road, Brubacher finished this job in less time than planned for and within budget with no change orders.
