Expanded Capabilities in Sanitary Sewer Installation Delivers Value for a Long-Standing Partner
Large-scale underground utilities construction projects are a core capability for Brubacher. When long-term partner Aqua Pennsylvania presented the opportunity for a significant sanitary sewer installation project in East Whiteland Township, Chester County, PA, our crews were excited about the magnitude of utilities work the project would entail. We hit the ground running with the right people and equipment, bringing decades of experience to the job site, along with a safety-focused approach and the promise to provide Insight. Throughout the project, our team delivered a range of services, from risk mitigation and excavation and grading to utilities infrastructure and asphalt paving and milling. Starting with a strategic, proactive plan to mitigate risks and minimize disruption to neighboring residences and businesses, our Utilities Crews set up a staging area to receive expected materials, including 5,267 linear feet of 8″ gravity pipe, 2,586 linear feet of 2″ HDPE low-pressure main, components for 29 total manholes, and more. Before sanitary sewer installation work began, we deployed our vacuum excavation equipment to accurately locate existing utilities in the area for optimal safety. This led to the safe and accurate installation of all materials, giving our client and all residents and businesses in the area confidence in a job well done.
