Brubacher is driving progress at Willowbrook Farm, a large, multi-phase residential development in Allen Township, Northampton County, PA. As the sitework and excavating contractor for Phases 3, 4, and 5 spanning 105 acres, we’re delivering comprehensive site development services to support approximately 16 apartment buildings (256 units) and 389 single-family and townhomes. Our scope includes land clearing, bulk earthwork, basin construction, underground utilities, paving, and off-site roadway and pipe improvements. Drilling and blasting services provided by Pennsylvania’s trusted drilling and blasting contractor, Trinity Drilling & Blasting, have also been crucial.

This large, complex site has called for extensive planning and phased coordination. Before and during construction, Brubacher has provided our signature Insight. On Site. to help streamline designs and sequencing, ranging from re-routing off-site sewer piping to adapting survey methods within an airport no-fly zone. Our integrated approach as a full-service excavating contractor ensures that crews, equipment, and communication are synchronized, allowing work to advance safely and efficiently across multiple fronts.

Brubacher’s disciplined cut/fill balancing and utility installation strategies have helped reduce material handling, manage rock risk, and protect schedules while maintaining quality.
