Carolyn Weaver

Joining Brubacher in October as the Director of Human Resources, Carolyn Weaver is a seasoned Human Resources professional with nearly two decades of increasing HR experience. Needless to say, she is accustomed to rapid changes and working at breakneck speed, but even a career as a senior HR business partner couldn't have prepared her for becoming a stepmother to triplets.

As Carolyn tells it, she went from being single to married with three kids—and she couldn't be happier about it.

The Boston native who first moved to this area in 2001 is excited about joining the Brubacher team. When asked about where she'll be focusing her energy, Carolyn says she sees an opportunity to improve training and development across the company. She's also worked quickly to familiarize herself with Brubacher and her new colleagues and hopes to become the go-to source for employees when they need something.

"The people are the reason why I came here," she adds. "I love the family-owned feel of this place."

Greg Alt, Brubacher's Chief Financial Officer, believes Carolyn's background, skills, demeanor, and personality perfectly fit the company's mission of serving employees and striving to make them feel connected like family.

Carolyn will also play a significant role in recruiting for Brubacher, helping the company grow smartly and strategically through the addition of new employees who are a good cultural fit and share the same core values.

Outside of work, Carolyn loves spending time with her family and two dogs and especially enjoys getaways to the beach.
