Melvin Pullen

Brubacher welcomes Melvin Pullen as Chief Operating Officer

Early in the Fall, Brubacher concluded its search for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Chief Operating Officer. Melvin Pullen joins Brubacher with 19 years of engineering, project management, and estimating experience with a track record of steering efficient operational groups to success. Melvin completed his undergraduate education in Civil Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his MBA degree from Florida Institute of Technology.

As Chief Operating Officer, Melvin will strive to continue the Company's history of providing an uncommonly refreshing attention to detail in our customer's projects. Keith Brubacher, President, stated that Melvin will "continue to deliver on and solidify our core values of safety, integrity, honesty, initiative, and respectfulness, even when it proves difficult to do so. He will ensure that processes are in place for accurate, timely, professional estimates that are backed by our competent team."

Melvin believes that success in his role will help customers feel our commitment to our values and an uncommonly refreshing approach from estimation straight through to completion of the work. He endeavors to make each customer feel like a partner rather than a business transaction.

Melvin is a devoted husband to his wife, and a devoted father to his two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys family vacations to the Caribbean, playing games with his family, keeping up with his daughters’ activities, and following the Steelers and North Carolina basketball.
