Village at Byer's Station

Beginning in December 2017, the Brubacher project team at the Village at Byer's Station showcased their steadfast commitment to our "Insight. On Site." motto and provided exceptional value for our customer.

Toll Brothers, Inc., a repeat client, hired Brubacher to perform bulk earthwork, sanitary and storm pipe, waterline, and paving work for a 121-unit townhome community in Chester Springs, Chester County.

The project team developed plans around several areas of unsuitable soils in multiple layers of earth throughout the bid building and takeoff process that posed a significant risk to our customer’s project. By maintaining a steady stream of communication and insight from takeoff to the launch of the project, our project team provided nothing short of high-value support to our customer. The project team, led by Ron S., Project Manager, Adam H., Senior Estimator, and Zach P., Takeoff Technician, provided exceptional service and reassurance that the project would remain on schedule despite the unforeseen soil issues.

At Byer's Station, Brubacher provided another layer of value by rolling out a new dig-to-grade excavator. This technology facilitates extremely accurate cuts, which saves time and conserves resources. Most importantly, GPS excavation does not require a grade checker, which keeps our valuable people out of the way of the excavator.

Ron S., Project Manager, recognized the project team for their outstanding work in providing support through numerous revised geotechnical reports and discovery of unanticipated soil issues. He also recognized the crew in the field at Byer's Station for working through the winter and staying on schedule.
