Adapting to changes, challenges and opportunities is key to career and company success in site construction. The recent months have certainly illustrated that again at Brubacher. Frequent heavy rains in June gave way to dust bowl conditions through the rest of the summer. Construction began on long-awaited projects, while, on others, we eagerly awaited permits to begin.

Not surprisingly to those who know them, Brubacher team members remained flexible, adjusted plans, and put in a lot of hard work to ‘make hay while the sun shines'.

While some people use the many unknowns or changes in construction as a reason not to develop a good plan, our experience shows it's all the more important to invest the time in doing so. Without a well thought out plan, the impacts of changes cannot be understood, minimized, or communicated to others. I'm proud of the flexibility and dedication our crews display. These qualities are the basis for meeting our commitments and serving with excellence.

We hope you enjoy the projects highlighted in this issue of The Latest Scoop. Each one demonstrates the qualities of the Brubacher Team in its own unique way.
