Richard Grant Chief Estimator

Over 29 years of construction industry experience as certified pipe welder, pipe layer, equipment operator, pipe crew leader, site superintendant, estimator, chief estimator, estimating department manager and corporate officer. Graduate of Big Foot Senior High school, Wisconsin. Completed Welder Training & Testing Institute trade school certification . Completed management leadership and mentoring program Completed OHSA 40 hour certification program. Former board member and past president of the Boyertown Optimist International club.

Mr. Grant is responsible for the general oversight of the Estimating Department, monitoring and reviewing all bids during the bidding process and prior to the proposal being forwarded to the client. Rick serves as a vital part of the leadership team along with Finance and Operations to ensure that expectations are met consistently.

Prior to joining Brubacher Excavating, Inc. Mr. Grant was the estimating department coordinator and corporate secretary for Schlouch Inc.
