As Chief Operating Officer at Brubacher Excavating, Inc., Rich will provide leadership to the Operations areas of the Company, in addition to being responsible for determining the customer’s needs and ensuring that they experience The Brubacher Difference and overseeing the estimating, business development and purchasing departments, delivering competitive pricing with exceptional customer service. Rich’s interests outside of the office include hunting, fishing, golfing and woodworking.
