Over 17 years of construction experience as a laborer, equipment operator, safety manager, site superintendent, operations manager, and President Company received numerous Safety Awards during term as Safety Manager Completed HAZWOPER course 3rd generation family excavator Trench and Shoring Safety Certification Graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School, 1990 President of Inter-County Contractors Association Vistage Member Since 2005

As President, Keith Brubacher oversees the administrative & operational management functions associated with Brubacher Excavating, Inc. Working together with competent managers, Keith ensures that Brubacher customers will continue to experience "The Brubacher Difference" on each project.

Keith started early with the company, working summers as a laborer and equipment operator while still in high school. Upon graduation, he joined Brubacher Excavating full time, progressing through positions of equipment operator, safety manager, site superintendent, and Vice President Of Operations. Like his dad, Keith still enjoys spending a day on a loader or dozer when possible. Keith's hobbies include antique equipment shows, operating earth moving equipment, and woodworking. Excavating expertise and experience run deep in this family!
