Drawing on their field experience, our operations management team oversees all our field operations. They're assisted by highly qualified Project Managers who supervise our talented Site Superintendents who manage individual projects on a day-to-day basis. By having this system of supervision in place, we avoid mistakes and minimize the need for change orders.
Estimating, Value Engineering and Planning
Our estimates aren’t really estimates at all, they’re much more. Our expert estimators produce thorough quantity take-offs and proposals to best reflect true project costs. This is uncommon in a time when many other contractors simply show low numbers for an incomplete scope. Our experience working with thousands of plans helps us identify good solutions to recurring challenges.
We factor site conditions into our planning process, finding a way to minimize delays and keep the project on schedule. Our estimating and the results of our analysis, allow us to advise you on how to reduce your overall project costs without sacrificing quality.
Safety isn't a department, it's a way of life at Brubacher. Our commitment is expressed through investments in people, training and education and planning safe work practices. We employ two full-time Safety Management professionals, actively involved in coaching, teaching, training and job site observations. Our construction methods are in compliance with OSHA standards. We go the extra mile to ensure our job sites are injury free!

Dispatch and Communications
Professional, courteous, accurate and timely communication is essential. Our resources are dispatched by a team of knowledgeable industry veterans. Operations management reviews schedules on a regular basis, taking each project's needs into consideration.
Brubacher utilizes a variety of methods to assure job-related communication is maintained, so we can either avoid problems or resolve them without delay.
Our multi-million-dollar fleet is managed by a full-time manager and maintained by experienced technicians. In addition to utilizing our own 40,000-square-foot shop, our field repair technicians with fully-equipped service trucks handle onsite repairs.
We have virtually eliminated unscheduled downtime, to less than 2% (as of 6/30/2016), and we are ready when you need us.
