Paving Screed Operator
Qualified candidates will be knowledgeable in paving operations
2 years’ experience operating screed preferred.
This position requires a valid driver’s license.
Estimating, Value Engineering and Planning
Estimator
This position is responsible for preparing comprehensive site work proposals and schedules. Qualified candidates will have a strong project management and scheduling background. Advanced computer skills and experience with bidding and operational software is needed. In addition, excellent math and project accounting skills, blueprint reading and interpretation, as well as verbal, written presentation and leadership skills are needed.
Take Off Technician
Qualified Candidates will be: experienced in interpreting blueprints, drawings and maps; able to prepare and distribute reports; knowledgeable in engineering hardware and software; detail oriented and possess exemplary communication skills; self motivated. Previous Agtek experience preferred.
Operations
General Laborer
Previous excavation experience preferred
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Heavy Equipment Operator
GPS Dozer Operator
Grader Operator
Excavator Operator
3 years’ operating experience required
Flexibility to operate other equipment strongly preferred
CDL preferred but not required
Pipe Layer/Laborer
Experience required
Familiar with sanitary, storm and waterline applications
Familiar with trenching and confined space regulations
Experienced working with small tools, pipe lasers, auto levels
Knowledgeable of blue prints and survey cut sheets
Must have a valid driver’s license
Skid Steer Operator w/ Mill Attachment
CDL-A required
Previous Paving Experience Preferred
Truck Driver
CDL A License required
Lowboy experience
Willingness to drive to satellite locations in North / Western PA
Some overnight travel required
Project Management And Oversite
Project Engineer
Qualified applicants will have computer experience and be proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Project. At minimum a 2 year degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management is preferred or equivalent experience is required. Also strong mathematical skills, analytical skills and strong written and oral communication skills are needed. Field experience is preferred.
